Florida KidCare is our state’s children’s health insurance program for uninsured children under age 19. It is made up of four parts: MediKids, Healthy Kids, the Children’s Medical Services (CMS) Network for children with special health care needs, and Medicaid for children.

Medicaid is the state and federal partnership that provides health coverage for selected categories of people with low incomes. Its purpose is to improve the health of people who might otherwise go without medical care for themselves and their children.
Social Security Administration
Is a Federal agency that provides retirement, disability and survivor benefits. Social Security administers the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Program, which can make monthly payments to people with low income and limited resources who are age 65 or older, blind or disabled.
