The Sant La Fellows Leadership Program is a nine month leadership development initiative designed to identify, cultivate, and support the next generation of civic, academic, business, and political leaders within the Haitian-American community.
The program brings together emerging professionals of Haitian descent who demonstrate leadership potential, a commitment to community service, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the Haitian-American community.
Through an engaging combination of leadership discussion labs, mentorship and coaching with established leaders, community-based projects, and a cultural heritage trip, Fellows will deepen their understanding of the issues affecting the Haitian community, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and build relationships that support their personal and professional growth.
At its core, the program is grounded in the belief that the continued advancement of the Haitian-American community depends on intentionally developing leaders who are culturally grounded, socially conscious, and prepared to lead, serve, and create lasting change.
